I support clients with the challenges that often accompany learning disabilities and neurodiversity. I create an accepting and validating space to build on strengths and learn accessible coping skills for challenges, while also developing compensatory strategies to improve functioning. I also work with individuals who have received a late diagnosis to facilitate the integration of this information into a personal narrative.
Whether you have been diagnosed early, late, or never been officially diagnosed, it can be a very rewarding journey to explore the self as a unique and worthy individual with varied experiences. Therapy can support you in your journey to self awareness, and help you examine the impacts of being neurodiversity on things like academic achievement, career, relationships, family, and daily life.
